Exporting plants from grower to customer in top condition requires knowledge, expertise and a long-term relationship with our partners. That is why supply chain management is a top priority for Green Solutions. We only collaborate with the best suppliers and specialised logistics partners. We have applied for AEO authorisation, which helps us to improve the security of the international logistics chain together with the customs authorities. Our internal processes are focused on operational excellence as well. Every link in the supply chain is important, as every individual link can make the difference. We strive to become better every day and to further optimise the supply chain. When it comes to customs-related matters, we fully support our customers - especially when it comes to Great Britain. Our teams have expertise in compliance and supervision and ensure that all laws, regulations and right certifications are in place.

Our webshop is more than an online environment for placing orders. Our webshop is here to inspire our customers and to offer product information. Self-service options make it possible for customers to view data like order history and invoices. Automation supports processes. For example, our webshop simplifies the ordering process. In addition, Green Solutions also allows smart system integrations, like EDI.

The use of Business Intelligence tools enables us to support our customers with good advice. Based on data, we can identify developments in an early stage and respond to them quickly. We analyse customer data using our smart self-learning BI solutions. This enables us to offer our clients customised replenishment proposals: based on data, we make replenishment proposals for which shops could be supplied with which products – and in which volumes as well. This gives our customers valuable insights and ensures that they always have the right products in stock at the right time.

We are currently setting up e-fulfilment. This new service potentially enables us to work more efficiently together with our customers on logistics for online orders. For example, when a consumer places an online order in a customer’s webshop, Green Solutions can help with the entire process. From order picking and packaging to delivering in time.
