Therefore, we provide a confidential reporting channel for employees, suppliers, agency workers, contractors, and other parties with whom we have a business or contractual relationship. This reporting channel is intended for anyone who wishes to raise concerns, report misconduct, or report potential violations within our organisation or supply chain.

You may report, among other things:

·         Violations of human rights;

·         Working conditions that do not comply with applicable laws or regulations;

·         Environmental risks or environmental damage;

·         Unethical or inappropriate behaviour within the supply chain;

·         Other serious compliance, integrity, or sustainability concerns.

To receive and manage reports, Green Solutions uses the secure reporting platform provided by osapiens. Through this platform, reports can be submitted confidentially or anonymously. The platform supports multiple languages and enables reporters to track the progress of their report.

After submitting a report:

·         You will receive an acknowledgement of receipt;

·         Your report will be reviewed by an independent and confidential case handler;

·         Any reported risks or violations will be investigated;

·         Corrective or preventive measures will be taken where necessary;

·         You will be informed about the progress and outcome of the process.

Green Solutions treats every report confidentially and takes appropriate measures to protect reporters against retaliation or other adverse consequences.

In addition to this reporting channel, Green Solutions employees have access to internal reporting options. Employees may contact the confidential counsellor for confidential advice or to discuss concerns.
