In 2025, we built on this foundation by embedding sustainability more firmly into our daily operations. We improved the quality and scope of our reporting. We also set concrete targets, including a 42% reduction in Scope 1 and 2 emissions by 2030 compared to 2024. In addition, we implemented practical measures, such as better waste separation, electrification of our vehicle fleet, and formalising policies on human rights and ethics.

In 2024, we took our first steps toward structured sustainability reporting. We mapped our environmental impact, explored social topics such as working conditions and education, and underwent an independent SMETA audit. We also began collecting data on energy consumption, waste streams, and CO₂ emissions, creating a foundation for further improvement and transparency.
